These terms describe appropriate use of Freshmii's browser-local AI privacy tools.

Freshmii tools help inspect, clean, and redact content before sharing, but users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding what is safe to send.

Tool output responsibility

Freshmii provides browser-local tools for inspecting, cleaning, and redacting content before sharing.

Tool outputs are best-effort aids, not guarantees. Automated checks, metadata parsing, OCR, redaction boxes, and text cleanup can miss details, map content imperfectly, or change formatting.

Users should review outputs carefully before legal, financial, medical, compliance-critical, AI upload, or public submission.

We do not provide professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or compliance advice.

Service scope

Tools are delivered as static pages, with the work running in your browser.

Features requiring backend conversion or server-side processing of private files are outside the current product model.

If a tool cannot complete a job locally, it returns an error rather than silently uploading your content elsewhere.

Advertising, sponsorships, and affiliate links

Freshmii does not use ad networks, ad personalization scripts, ad-measurement cookies, or commercial tracking code inside the tools.

Freshmii may include clearly labeled sponsorships, affiliate links, or partner references on editorial, resource, or product-information pages. Sponsored or affiliate relationships must not control tool results, privacy notices, or review conclusions.

Sponsored and affiliate links should be clearly identified near the relevant content and should use appropriate link attributes such as rel="sponsored" where applicable.

Do not use Freshmii pages or tools to inject, simulate, or distribute deceptive advertising, undisclosed sponsorship, or tracking code that inspects the content you process.

Acceptable use and abuse controls

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, harmful automation, or abusive request patterns.

We may limit, block, or investigate behavior that creates security or operational risk.

You remain responsible for the legality and rights associated with files or text you process.

Intellectual property and copyright

The Freshmii name, brand, site design, copy, and source code are the property of the Freshmii project. Tool icons, illustrations, and category artwork are likewise the property of Freshmii unless an explicit credit indicates otherwise.

You may link to Freshmii pages without permission. Reproducing substantial portions of the site copy, screenshots of the tool interface, or branded elements for commercial use requires written permission through the Contact page.

Files and text you process with Freshmii tools remain yours. Because processing happens in your browser, Freshmii does not receive a copy through the tools and asserts no claim over your content.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content displayed on a Freshmii page infringes your copyright, send a notice through the Contact page that includes the URL of the allegedly infringing content, identification of the work you own, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the rights owner's behalf.

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content while the issue is reviewed.
